Our Store Policy

1. Order Placement

Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
- Vehicle make, model, year, Chassis number/VIN.
- Part name, number, or description (if available).

2. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept CIBC First Pay, Bank transfer and Cash.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit will be required for special orders. Balance to be paid on the arrival of parts.

3. Special Orders

Non-Stock Items: Special-order parts are items not regularly stocked and must be sourced from suppliers or manufacturers.
Lead Times: Customers will be provided with an estimated lead time for their order. Lead times may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping logistics.
Cancellations: Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier, unless otherwise stated.
Quotations: Special order quotes are only valid for 30 days.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays due to supplier or carrier issues are beyond our control.
International Orders: Customs fees, taxes, or duties are Included in the quoted price.
Collection: All special ordered parts must be collected within 30 days of notification of arrival. Deposits will not be refunded if you choose not to collect.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items: Special-order parts are typically non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Parts: Customers must notify us within 10 days of receiving the order to report any issues. Proof of defect or error may be required.
Restocking Fees: If a return is approved, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

6. Warranties

Store Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on parts for defects in materials or workmanship, unless otherwise specified.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Compatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the part ordered is compatible with their vehicle. We are not liable for incorrect parts ordered based on customer-provided information.
Installation: We are not responsible for any damage caused during installation or misuse of the part.

8. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the part(s) purchased. We are not responsible for any consequential damages, including vehicle downtime or Labor costs.

9. Policy Changes

Updates: This order policy is subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or in-store.
